INFORMATION:

All vendors must remain stationary until the end of the event. Once the event is over and a safe path is cleared, vehicles will be permitted to exit the the park.

Note:

  • The City of Flatwoods reserves the right not to accept a vendor that directly competes with another vendor.

  • Vendors will provide all required equipment for operations and sales.

  • Vendor set-up time is from 9:00 am to 12 pm on Saturday, October 19, 2024, Please arrive early to unload for set-up and remove your vehicle to an outside parking area. Most vehicles will NOT be allowed to stay as part of your vending area. Entry into the park will be between the Senior Citizen Building and City Building.

  • Vendors will be allowed inside the park upon approval.

  • Setting up the night before is not allowed.

  • Vendor breakdown can begin after 8 pm if a vehicle is not required. Due to safety if a vehicle is needed, a breakdown must be scheduled after 9:00 P.M. with event staff NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is limited to a first come first serve basis and is not guaranteed. For the year 2024, there will be no setup cost.

LEGAL:

  • Vendors are independent contractors. You execute this agreement as independent contractors and shall at times have complete supervision, direction, and control over the services to fulfill requirements. Vendors execute this agreement as independent contractors, not as an employee of the EVENT. Vendors agree to take complete responsibility for paying appropriate federal and or state taxes as required for their vending. Vendors agree to hold harmless the Flatwoods Parks and Recreation Board and City of Flatwoods if damages or injuries occur from their vending.
