Note:

• The City of Flatwoods reserves the right not to accept a vendor that directly competes with another vendor.

• All operations stay within the truck.

• Food trucks and food vendors will provide all required equipment for operations and sales. 

• Must be parked by 11:30 and ready to sale by 12:30.

• The event is from 1-9 p.m. and trucks must stay the entire time, until a safe path can be provided by event staff.

• There is no registration fee for 2024. (It's Free)

BEVERAGE RULES:

• All food trucks may sell non-alcoholic beverages. All drinks and pricing must be included on the menu submitted with the application.

ELECTRICITY:
Electricity is not guaranteed. All Food Trucks must be able to operate independently. 

 

WASTE:

• No grease or gray water disposal is available.

• No water provided by the EVENT.

• Food Truck Vendors are responsible for removing debris and ensuring the general cleanliness of the area.

LEGAL:

• Food Trucks & Food Vendors are independent contractors. You execute this agreement as independent contractors and shall at times have complete supervision, direction, and control over the services to fulfill requirements. Vendors execute this agreement as independent contractors, not as an employee of the EVENT. Vendors will assume responsibility for  the appropriate payment of payroll taxes and charges under applicable federal and local law. Vendors agree to take complete responsibility for paying the appropriate federal and state taxes as required. Vendors agree to hold harmless the Flatwoods Parks and Recreation Board and City of Flatwoods by providing their own liability insurance to cover any damage or injury caused by the vendor, it's employees and equipment.
